Give me a moment so I can find the world's second smallest violin.

Maybe it's my political prejudices but when the government is going after people who commit a certain crime, my instinct would be, stop commiting the crime. Not whining about how unfair it is, or appealing to, of all doctrines, original intent.

And when did the profits of cable companies become a legitimate argument against enforcing a law?
