Blogs need laugh tracksTyler Cowen links to a column by George Liebmann suggesting that the United States and other western democracies should allow Palestinians the chance of immigration to these countries. It's an intriguing idea as a theoretical, but has no chance of becoming policy. The best part of the post is this tongue-in-cheek line by Cowen: And since the Western Europeans tend to be so pro-Palestinian, surely they would not mind taking in their fair share or perhaps the whole lot. |
