Making something out of nothingApparently Jeremy Shockey called Bill Parcells a "homo". Shockey denies it, and nobody's commenting. Really, who cares? This is football, not the local kumbaya meeting. Players call each other gay slurs and worse all the time. This is a sport where players regularly try to inflict pain upon their opponents by grabbing their genitals while they're in a tackling pile, and we're supposed to be worked up about this? |
